I help people who are struggling with pain, fatigue, and imbalance discover the healthy choices that will unlock energy, comfort, balance and body confidence.

  • Pain is not only about the physical sensation but also about way we feel about it and how we deal with it.
  • Weight management needs more than a meal plan; it’s a mindset and a commitment to simple shifts and self-care.
  • Recovery from chronic illness often requires that we back up before we can move forward.

  • Satisfying sex, a rocking sex drive and comfortable cycles are as much about blood sugar as they are about balanced hormones.

Once the path is clear, we will work together to take small, meaningful steps forward.  This is always about restoration, not deprivation.  Your action plan will be flexible, fun and rewarding

My Philosophy

Every body is unique.  Your path to illness and journey to wellness are too.  believe living well and enjoying a healthy life is based on four key elements:  understanding your body, eating well, reducing stress and knowing how to put it all together. 

I believe that having the support of a trusted guide is critical to long-term success.  My job is not to have all the answers (though I believe education is empowering), but to lead you through the process, prompt you at key junctions and connect you to resources along the way.  


My Approach

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected.

Does stress from your chronic pain, at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does pain impact your sleep?  Are you struggling with low energy?  Did you have poor health as a child?  Are you pooping everyday? When was the last time you laughed?  How are you taking care of yourself?  

My Clients

Are ready for action, open to diet and lifestyle shifts and committed to making changes in order to get results.  My clients work on nutrition, stress management, detox and sorting out addictive issues like caffeine and sugar.  They need strategies for right now, today… basic survival in a world where familiar foods are no longer an option, where pain is constant rather than rare, where despair is a bedfellow and real, actionable, helpful strategies feel the stuff that fairytales are made. 

My Methods

I loved that BIG box of crayons as a child because of the flexibility and freedom it gave me to create a whole picture.  As a Holistic Practitioner, I have a lot of tools in my toolbox, for the same reason.  Energy, laughter, functional nutrition, meditation, and aromatherapy are some of the tools I use to support healing.   There is a certain synergy when we get things right… it’s like music or mosaics or paintings, where each little piece and each stroke contributes to the complete creation.

You are not one thing, you are everything: wife, mother, sister, businesswoman, author, musician, cook, coach, entrepreneur, healer, friend.
Your health is everything: skin, spirit, joints, pain, weight, insomnia, sex drive, energy, fatigue, anxiety, feelings.
