Initial Consult is 90 minutes. Includes a health history review plus plenty of time for you to share your health goals and ask questions. If you like the way Sarah works, the next step would be a Coaching Session or program tailored to your needs. Sessions are virtual/video calls unless you are local to NH and prefer to meet in person.
