Sarah Lawrence and Nicole Martin are excited to facilitate a 3-month breakthrough wellness journey for you starting on March 19th, 2024.
As a Functional Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience, and a Life Coach and Facilitator with over 14 years of experience, Sarah and Nicole developed this group program to address the five most common challenges that prevent people from making actionable change and getting results for their health and their life.
1. Overwhelm and Frustration

Sarah helps clients access hope and healing by helping you access things that nourish you, diminish the things that stress you and build resilience for the things you can’t change. Providing personalized holistic health solutions, Sarah identifies the factors that have led to the symptoms you’re experiencing and creates a plan address your total body burden and foster renewed balance.
A note from Sarah:
I did not feel good for over 20 years… As my friends were getting their driver’s license, going on dates, and worrying about acne, I was dealing with thyroid cancer, a life of labs, prescriptions, surgeries, and the isolating world of radiation. Removing the tumor, diseased thyroid and lymph nodes didn’t end it — it was 20 years before I had a clean scan. Then came an adrenal crash with over a year of crippling anxiety, psoriatic skin plaques and bone twisting arthritis! Even the summary feels like a lot – but I know I am not the only one with a quirky and complicated story. Whatever headlines your story, there is a universal thread that links us all: The body can only take so much for so long and once the balance point tips, strategies must shift, or our health will suffer.
Because of my health journey, I left a career in IT to train in Holistic Health Coaching, Functional Nutrition, Laughter Yoga, Aromatherapy, Reiki and more so I could help others avoid the frustration, hopelessness and isolation I felt by offering support, empowerment and connection to anyone who desires to feel better.
In the health coaching portion of this program, we will explore your dietary approach and work through ways to discover what foods make your body feel best. We will review fundamentals of stress, nutrition, digestion, elimination, hormone and blood sugar balance so you have an understanding of how each piece factors into your health and well-being. We will learn where your body is being stressed and customize supportive strategies to help restore balance and improve your health. Nourishment goes beyond food; we’ll explore that connection and relationship too.

Nicole Smith Martin

Nicole helps clients thrive by bringing awareness to how you show up energetically and how you navigate stress. Through personalized coaching sessions she guides you in setting and achieving goals, identifying internal and external blocks and taking the actions needed to keep you moving forward towards your goals while offering a transformative and supportive journey.
A note from Nicole:
When I took the time to look back at my whole life, I realized most of my life I took on leadership roles both personally and professionally. As a primarily extrovert, I love working with people, whether it be on a sports team, a volunteer organization or in my professional jobs. My passion is working with individuals and groups to help push them out of their comfort zone in order to learn more about themselves and grow into reaching their goals. This is done through vulnerability, honesty, healthy communication and trust.
After a lot of research, I decided to get certified as a professional coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) because it’s model of Energy Leadership resonated strongly with me. Energy leadership brings awareness to how you show up energetically positive or negative in the day to day and when under stress, but also how others are showing up around you. This can bring clarity to why there may be unhappiness, frustrations, conflict, stress and/or possible harmful patterns in your life.
In the life coaching portion of this workshop everyone will have taken the Energy Leadership Assessment and a Values Assessment, and we will go over all of the energy levels and what values are important to you. Everyone will set goals for themselves to achieve over the next 3 months. We will learn if you are struggling with internal or external blocks that are keeping you from reaching your goals.
We all will work together to help everyone move forward towards their goals with new perspectives in a supportive way.
